Downloading your Hailo Order History Report

How to download your Order History Report from the Customer Admin Panel (account administrators only)

As an Administrator of your Hailo account (whether you're the bar/restaurant owner, manager, or other staff), you will be able to download your store's Order History report from the Customer Admin Portal.

Your Hailo order history report shows each item that has been purchased through Hailo from your store (or stores, if you have multiple locations). You'll see a detailed account of each order; including the supplier, brand, product name/SKU, quantity ordered, and price paid.

Download the Report:

  1. Sign into the Customer Admin Portal at app.hailogroup.com, using the email associated to your Hailo account & your password.

  2. From your side-bar menu, click "Reports"

3. From the popup on your screen, select "Order Line Item (Customer)".

From file type, select either CSV or XLSX (XLSX is standard excel spreadsheet format).

Select the date range for your report. Note that the report is exclusive of the last date in the date range - so for example, if you want to see the data for the month of April, select April 1 - May 1.

4. Click "submit". Your report will be sent to the email you use to login to Hailo. This may take a few minutes :)

5. Check your email & download the attached report. If you don't see anything after 30 mins or so, reach out to us at [email protected].
