Can I order from all my suppliers?
Hailo's core mission is to support independents, and we partner with suppliers who align with that. We currently have a curated list of suppliers on our app, and our goal is to ensure that you are able to get everything you need for your bar or restaurant from our catalogue.

What happens when I submit an order on Hailo?
Hailo's ordering system connects directly to your suppliers. When you submit an order through the Hailo app, the next steps look very similar to your regular ordering process.
You will receive an email confirmation from your supplier, with the items and quantities you ordered, and any items out of stock.
The supplier will issue you an invoice, and you'll pay for the order through your regular process.
The supplier will deliver the order as per your normal schedule.
Can I create a new ordering guide?
Yes, you can create a new ordering guide (Saved List) at any time, using the Quick Order feature. Check out this article for a step-by-step.
How will I know if an item is shortshipped?
Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an email from your supplier, confirming the items ordered, and indicating which items were unavailable, if any. Follow up directly with them to place a special purchase order for any of these items, or find an alternate item within the Hailo library.
You can also see shortshipments on any of your orders by viewing your order history
Why can't I see all the SKUs from all my suppliers?
Hailo offers a curated catalogue of items that maximize the effective purchase cost reductions for our customers. We do our best to keep our catalogue up to date, and match the needs of our users. If you can't find the item you're looking for, reach out to us on live chat or via email at [email protected].
Can I order special purchase items from Hailo?
Currently, Special Purchase (SPC/SPO) items will need to continue be ordered directly from your supplier.
How will I know if an item is out of stock?
The Hailo app currently does not show items on hand from suppliers, but we are working hard to provide this feature ASAP. For the time being, submit your order for the items you want, and you'll immediately see in your order history which items will be shortshipped. Your supplier should also reach out to you soon after placing your order, to indicate any item outages.
What do I do if I want to order a SKU that's not in the Hailo catalogue?
Drop us a note in the live chat in your app, or at [email protected]. We'll work with you to get the item added, or find a suitable alternative.
Can everyone in my store see my cart?
No, carts are unique to each user. Only you will be able to see the items that are currently saved in your cart. Your coworkers will be able to see what you've ordered once you've submitted the order, by viewing the order history for your store.
Can everyone in my store see my ordering lists?
Yes, saved ordering lists can be seen, used, and edited by all users in your store.
How can I see what's been ordered for my store?
You can view your store's order history at any time (from all users). To access your history, open the side menu, and click "Order History".
Click on an order to see the details, including which items were ordered, the quantity ordered, and the quantity shipped.
