It can happen - you place an order, and it shows up on the wrong day, or sometimes, not at all. We do our best at Hailo to make sure your all your orders get through to the suppliers, but sometimes things happen during shipment that are outside of our control.
Hailo provides an ordering service, and is an intermediary between you the suppliers we partner with. Suppliers are responsible for shipment and delivery - so if something didn't go as expected, please follow up directly with the appropriate supplier.
