Review your Hailo Cart

How to review and edit the items in your Hailo cart, clear items, and submit your order.

You can review the items in your cart at any time before submitting your order. Check to see if your order is complete, and if the quantities are correct.

To help you stay organized, we separate the orders in your cart by supplier. Review the item's you're ordering for each supplier, adjust the quantities as needed, or remove items that you no longer need. When you're ready, you can submit your entire order at once, or by supplier.

Your cart is saved for 48 hours, or until you submit your order. If you close the app or navigate away from the cart page, your items will be saved for 2 days for you to come back later to review and submit your order.

To view your cart:

There are two ways to navigate to your cart page at any time, wherever you are in the app.

  1. Open up the side bar menu, and click "Cart".

  2. Or, simply click the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen.

    The number next to your cart shows you how many SKUs are currently in your cart (unique items).

  3. View your cart summary, broken out by supplier.

  4. Expand each supplier to review the items in the order.

    Check that you have everything you need for your food, beer, liquor and supplies. Adjust the quantities using the +/- arrows.

  5. To remove products:

    - Set the quantity to "0" to remove an individual SKU from your list.

    - Tap "Clear All Products" to remove all SKUs for this supplier.

  6. Review the subtotal for each supplier, including taxes and other charges. Check your payment method.

  7. Add more items as needed.

  8. When you're ready, submit your order.

    Submit orders for suppliers individually:

    Or submit them all at once, by tapping the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page.

Once you've submitted your order, you'll get an email confirmation from your supplier, confirming that they've received the order, and noting any delivery considerations.

If you don't receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes, reach out to the Hailo team and we'll help you out.

Note that unsubmitted orders with remain in your cart for 48 hours - so you can close your app and come back to finish your order later if needed.
