Hailo's ordering system connects directly to your suppliers. When you submit an order through the Hailo app, the next steps look very similar to your regular ordering process.
You'll immediately be able to see your order history in your Hailo app, which will show you if any items will be shortshipped.
You'll receive an email confirmation from HAILO orders, detailing the items and quantities in the order. The "Quantity Allotted" column tell you if there are any items that are low/out of stock (quantity allotted will be less than requested, or 0 if the item is completely out of stock).
The supplier will deliver the order as per your normal schedule.
You'll be invoiced by your supplier and settle your payment with them as usual.
Note that Hailo is an ordering app, and an intermediary between you and your supplier. For issues related to the shipment and delivery of your order, please contact your supplier directly.
