How will I know if an item is out of stock?

QOH, Suspended Items & Substitutes

For Sysco products, the Hailo app shows Quantity on Hand and Special Status of an item, next to the item description. Click here for more information on this feature.

For out-of-stock items that have a substitute, the substitute item will appear in your app under the original product. You can add that item to your order.

Short-shipments

You can see which items in your order will be shortshipped by viewing your order history. You'll also get a confirmation email, which includes the allocated quantity of each item ordered (ie whether the item will be shortshipped)
