What’s New In Hailo?
1. Quick Order Search
You can now search within your Hailo Order Guide! Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and start typing what you’re looking for
You’ll see results from within the Guide - add them directly to your cart, or update the Par and Stock Location
2. Add items from any cancelled order to your cart, to quickly create a new order
If your order is canceled for any reason, you can quickly create a new order by re-adding the items to your cart (excluding any items that were out of stock)
Go to the Order History page for any cancelled order, and click “Add Items to Cart”.
This button will be available for 24 hours after the first order was created.
Specific item short ship information available on the Order Details screen in proximity to the “Recreate Cart” button
3. The Order Details Screen has been updated as it breaks down the fulfilment and the payment statuses.
You will also be able to view your data credit payments as well.
4. Push Notifications
