Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an email from your supplier, confirming the items ordered, and indicating which items were unavailable, if any. Follow up directly with them to place a special purchase order for any of these items, or find an alternate item within the Hailo library.
You can also see shortshipments on any of your orders by viewing your order history. Your order history is available within the Hailo app immediately after you place your order.
Viewing your Order history:
Open the side bar menu, and click "Order history"
You'll see a list of your Store's most recent orders, and all orders that will be shortshipped have a notification like the one below:
Tap the order you want to check to see the details. On the "Items" tab, you'll be able to see which items are shortshipped.
All issues related to shortshippment should be followed up on directly with your supplier. Reach out to them to find an alternative or put in a special purchase order.
